Terms & Conditions
• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

• All the information that you submit must be truthful and accurate.
​
• Applications are processed on a rolling basis through March 31, 2021. Early submission is through March 23rd. On March 24th, the submission fee will increase to $20.00.
​
• The submission/processing fee must be received in order to complete your application. Failure to submit payment to @ComicsRising Venmo or $ComicsRising CashApp for your application within 24 hours of submission may subject your entry to automatic rejection. This fee is non-refundable.

• 2021 Comics Rising festival will be held virtually.
​

• Comics Rising, Comedy by Cotton and affiliates are not responsible for any copyright infringement with music or any other content from your video.
​
​• By submitting your content, you grant permission to use your video for promotional purposes if selected.​
​
​• Any merchandise or services promoted during the show must be pre-authorized.
​
​• Any explicit content and language should be kept to a minimum.
​
